only you need to download de SVG and open with Inkscape or Adobe Ilustrator (i like more inksape)

its a simple circles white and black and more blured and more transparent when more big

This is my favourite! :)
One question: Did you think about mirror the stars at the right to get the ones on the left? Now it seems as if the light at the left and the right stars is coming from the top left. If you would mirror the stars on at the right side to get those on the left, the light would appear to come from the top center.
Or was it your intention to make it look less symmetrically?
Looks very well anyway! :)
